Hello Bill,

  Yeppers, that was it.  The site I was using is the ONLY one listed
  in the YDL 2.2, yup configuration.  I ended up ftping it directly
  from ftp.yellowdoglinux.com and then it installed just fine.  Sure
  wish there were more than just one site listed for updates via yup.
