Remote Telnetting?

When I try to install openssh-server-3.1p1-2.ppc.rpm
it tells me that openssh-3.1p1-2 is needed.
When I try to install openssh-3.1p1-2.ppc.rpm
it tells me it conflicts with openssh-3.1p1-2.2a
round and round we go...
