Sniffer programms for D-link wlan card and HostAP driver

Hi All,

I am using the HostAP driver for a D-Link DWL-650 PCMCIA wlan card in my 
pismo. Does anyone
know how to use any sniffer software (airsnort, kismet etc) with this setup?

(I have got the latest libpcap library, and I can put my card in monitor 
mode)

Airsnort seems to want the wlan-ng driver (which I don't want to use).

Any help allways appreciated.
