RealTek 8139 Driver Installation?

I have done that before with my eth card.
first you have to build a new kernel. the source code of the realtek come
along with YDL
you will find a very good howto build a custom kernel in the howto section
of ydl website.
once this is done you will be able to configure you card using ipconfig or
creat a script that configure your network with this card at startup.
