diabling completly the touchpad

hi,

I would like to use only the external mouse and to disable everything
about the touchpad !

I've tried to modify the XF86Config-4 by overconfiguring the
CorePointer as follow:

I have to mention that I also tried to remove the entry CorePointer in
the Section "ServerLayout" and to only keep the mouse0 ....without
success :(

does someone know or have any pointers on how to do it ??
