Gnome RPM Keeps Loading when starting KDE

Somehow I have managed to save a configuration such that each time I =
start KDE, it is launching the Gnome RPM. I get a message during KDE =
start-up saying:
"In order to run "gnorpm_auth" with root's priviledges, additional =
information is required" and there is a text box to enter the root =
password.
How do I fix this?
