octave depedencies

finally,

after a while, I've found a solution!!!
www.rpmfind.net :
-blas
-lapack

or otherwise :
download atlas which is a full set of blas and a subset of lapack
compile atlas
specify to octave atlas as the blas lib.
changed the set commune of atlas and lapack inside lapack
by doing an "ar" command of the atalas in the lapack.a
