I've recently installed one -- If you're familiar with compiling a
kernel, then getting the usb dongle going is simple.
Keyspan has driver code available on their webpage
<www.keyspan.com/support/linux/files/>.
Download keyspan_usa19qw_fw.h, keyspan.c, keyspan.h, and Config.in; put
them in your kernel's drivers/usb/serial directory (you might want to
save off the original Config.in and keyspan.c & .h files).
run "make menuconfig", and select the 19qw under USB->serial. Compile &
install the kernel in the usual manner. Reboot and the keyspan "just
works".
