Java/Airport Configurator Tool

Greetings: As stated, I get a response of command not found. Therefore I believe that no symbolic link exists to start the app. I attempted to start the app with the command that you indicated as it is the same as that specified to call the Configurator tool and command not found was the result. It is either a problem with the java install or a problem with the symbolic link. Any help would be appreciated.
