Thanks anyway. I bought a DVD-R to back the factory HD up on to anyway.

This is what I'm hearing. I'm going to be moving around a bit and
connecting via cable modem/ethernet from mid-August, but I'd really like
to have dial-up until then.

So I guess I get to be guinea pig and see whether I can get it working.
Otherwise, I guess I get to test fink's version of evolution under OS
X...
