apt-get no longer works on YDL 2.3

Go to /etc/apt or something like that and look at the config files. Try
verifying the path and modifying it like:
To verify:
ping example.usethesiteithasinaptconf.dontusthisexample/windowssucks/
To Modify:
pico apt.list (or something like that)
and edit it. I know i don't have the filenames correct but I had this
problem before and i solved it.
