Converting MP3 to Ogg Vorbis

You should be able to use mpg123 to decode the .mp3 files to .wav, then u=
se=20
oggenc to encode the .wav to .ogg

Beats me why you'd want to do this though, unless you absolutey have to w=
ork=20
with oggs instead of mp3s. You'd notice an improvement in file size, but =
not=20
quality. Perhaps a better approach is to just re-rip everything from the=20
original CDs.
