YDL.net signon screen is not secure... What to do about it?

There has been no motion on this issue in the last week or so.  The
login screen is still insecure.  I was promised (in private mail, dated
4/1/2003) that they would get to it "later today" (meaning, I assume,
4/1/2003).  Musta been an April Fool joke?
