Apache 2.0 on YDL 3.0

I hope this is just a simple oversight on my part, but
I can't see to get to the apache default page at http://localhost

I started Apache with 'service httpd start' and I'm  not
getting any error messages ( it says [OK] ), so I assume it's running.

I thought it might be the YDL firewall, but I have it
disabled now, but it still doesn't work.

Logs show nothing.

The only clue I've got is when I check the service status it says:

"httpd dead but subsys locked"

I haven't tweaking anything in httpd.conf, but I figured I should
at least be able to get the Apache test page, no?

Any ideas?
