Depends how fancy of an editor you want. If you just need syntax
highlighting and indents, then the latest version of nedit does a nice job
of XML support. (And of course we could always start a vim / emacs war)
I have not used any Linux editors built especially for XML. (Although if
there are any free ones I would like to check them out)
