Hey,
Has anyone been able to do a mirrored display on a G3 Powerbook using
Yellowdog 3.0? I was able to get it working on YDL 2.2 just fine using
'm3mirror crt:1' - but that doesn't seem to work on 3.0. All I get on
the CRT output is the boot messages, I'm thinking they are from the
OpenFirmware:
... ok
copying OF device tree...done
Initializing fake screen: ATY,RageM3pA
Calling quiesce ...
returning 0x01400000 from prom_init
_
When I look in /proc/device-tree/@f0000000/ATY,RageM3pParent there are
two subdirectories:
ATY,RageM3pA
ATY,RageM3pB
Which I think means that it is setting up the two monitors as perhaps
different framebuffers? I could be very wrong on this. If that's true,
do I need to set up Xinerama to run two displays on top of each other?
Thanks for any help.

PS - I'm not on the yellowdog-general list, so if you could please CC me
on any replies. Thanks.
