I followed the instructions on the OOo web site for 1.1RC PPC installs 
and it works like a charm.  I can now cut and paste!!!

Go to http://porting.openoffice.org/linuxppc/ppclinks.html to get 
started.  Chase down the jars from the apache web site and put them 
where it says.  This page will ultimately send you back to Yellow Dog 
for the installer.  Read the readme on the installer and do what it 
says.  You'll be golden.
