Lost MacOSX Boot ability

Dan,
First I want to say v 3 YDL is awesome. I can easily install this on my 
Mac. Can't say the same about YDL v 2.2.
I do have a problem, however...
I installed this on a 10GB HD on my Quicksilver Mac, the master of 2 
HD's. Even though I asked to install Mac OS X booting, one never 
materialized in the Configuation section....thus when I boot I get only 
startup with Linux or CD...how can I add a Mac Boot at this stage, 
without re-formatting etc.
I would appreciate your help with this.
