PowerMac 8550 Video Problems with YDL 3.0

I've just got my 8550 WGS reloaded here with YDL 3.0.  I'm still having a
heck of a time with X windows though.

I tried "Xautoconfig" and it set my screen resolution correctly 1024x768.

When I start (startx) it comes up with a Purplish screen.  I can see that
the Xconfig file has FBDEV as the driver.  What should I change it to in
order to work with the internal 2mb video of the PM 8550WGS (8500 based)?
