Where to put custom PPDs in CUPS?

Hi list,

I have customized some of our PPDs for our usage here in our lab 
(mainly stripped unneccessary papersizes and set the preferred 
defaults). Where do I put them, so CUPS will see them, and let me 
choose them in the PostScript printer dialog?
