Unable to login to my system!

can root log in? B.T.W, I'm only mentioning this because of mac os x's 
unix core, but It would appear that my machine is screwed up too, by 
the way of my user account but root's account works fine... [B.t.w, If 
I don't respond, that's why, sry] am I being hacked???
