RealPlayer 8 Problems

I'm trying to get RealPlayer 8 to run in YDL-2.3 per the instructions at:
  http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/support/solutions/ydl_general/real_install.shtml

I get it downloaded, I get it to launch, I go through the registration
and customization screens, I hear the "welcome" intro, but whenever I try
to stream a live webcast I get about a seconds worth of audio and it 
locks up and eventually throws a segfault.

	<connects and then about a seconds worth of audio>
Segmentation fault
[ken@byteme RealPlayer8]$

The stream I'm trying to view is:

Has anyone else had problems like this with RealPlayer?

System Specs:  YDL-2.3, G4-400, 384MB
