IBM JDK 1.4 for PPC Linux

Thought this might be of interest to a few people:

There are both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the Java SDK 1.4.1 planned for
Linux on PowerPC for release in mid-2003.  These versions will be similar to
the AIX 32-bit and 64-bit 1.4.0 releases that were done in December 2002.

Sorry that you're having to wait.  Part of the reason for the later date for
Linux on PowerPC relates to dates for IBM middleware use of the 1.4.x Java
SDKs on Linux PowerPC.
