Trouble Booting From ISO-Burned 2.3 Image

I'm sorry, but this has been the way I've been
burning the CDs (with the exception of mounting
the images before burning).  I followed the instructions
as close as I could, and I got the same results.  Now,
I'm not sure here, but I burned my YDL 2.1 CD from
MacOS 9 using an older version of ToastTi.  Maybe
I should give that a try again.
