Hello All

Has anybody been able to get YDL to properly install on a PowerBook
Wallstreet? I have a PowerBook Wallstreet 233MHz with a 12.1" display. I
have YDL v2.3 that I am trying to install. I set the BootX kernel
arguments field to "video=atyfb:vmode:10" and I get the text mode
looking great. It is when I try to start up a GUI that's when everything
goes away. I can see my screen but just barely. It is as if the contrast
is completely gone and the display looks totally washed out. I got YDL
to install all the way. Everything works great, including the GUI, but I
just can't see anything. When I boot back into OS 9 my display looks
great. It is just when I try to go into a Linux GUI that I have
problems. I think I may just need some contrast control but my contrast
button doesn't do anything in Linux. I have tried other options (like
the force video mode) but it just won't work.

If anybody can offer any suggestions, I would very much appreciate
the help.

Thanks, have a good one
