IBM7248-HOWTO version 2.0 ready

I have released the 2.0 version of the 7248 howto. It describes in
detail how to install various Linux distributions on the IBM RS/6000
43P-100/120/133 alias 7248. Supported distributions are Debian 3.0,
Mandrake 9.1, Suse 7.3 and YellowDog 3.0.
