[HELP] YDL Installed OK - But Can't Boot Back to OSX!

Ask apple your a CD compatible with your hardware. No matter it is
second hand, you're the owner, so with legal rights of owning one (or at
least, a copy). 

Did you upgraded the hard disk firmware as shown in OS X Software
Update?
