System time & Hardware time

I=B9m currently running YD 2.2 and it seems that after a reboot or two, the
system and hardware time gets reset to some random time. Why would I be
loosing this setting?? It=B9s driving me nuts, I=B9ll set it both hardware and
system, do a reboot and loose it.
