What is up yellowdog buddies?

First I think you should post this question in the newbie group too.

from that perspective I would have liked to see an option to install only
gnome or kde (I belive the old linuxppc had that).

two desktops in one go is a bit much when you cant see the difference
between the exstension folder and the text editor.

(and gnome 2.* please:)
