Is there someone out there who has successively compiled and installed 
this?
I've been trying it out for two days and hasn't come any closer to a 
solution.

I need this in order to run pysoulseek, a p2p-client for the 
Soulseek-network.
If anyone manages to figure it out, then many YDL-users will be very 
thankful.
This really should be included in the YDL-distribution!
