Not sure if this is related, but I was reinstalling a TiBook with MacOSX, backed up everything to my Linux box first. Copying files back failed in MacOS X, but mysteriously worked just fine in MacOS 9. > Also, I don't seem to have this issue either > under OS 9 however, the transfers are very slow when under OS 9.
