3.0 ISO Ripoff

Hi,

  It does sound like the FTP server is a bit wonky, but I think you're
being overly critical of Terrasoft on this one. Dan offered to drop ship
CD-R's if problems persisted; it's clear that they're paying attention to
the problem and are doing their best to maintain the "base of happy
customers". It's not so much that Terrasoft is letting you down, as the
FTP server software -- the people behind that server seem to be doing
their best to make up for it with both online and hard-copy solutions.
Anyway, I know frustrating corrupted downloads can be, best of luck
getting things up and running.
