I took each of those lines as a command	to be entered at the
root prompt, and did them. After the last, I get a copyright notice on a
dhcp server, then "Can't open /etc/dhcpd.conf: No such file or directory
exiting." and back to root prompt.

Am I just in the wrong directory?
