YDL 3 won't boot from CD

Thanks for your advice, Rick, but I HAVE sent in my money and I'm using
the CD set that YellowDog sent me last week.  Would they have sent me
700 Mb CD's?  

(By the way, I have gotten several replies.  Though they haven't 
helped yet, thanks to everyone who has read my post and taken
