Network Config Error--help!

Ok, I just installed YellowDog 3.0 on my Pismo (500 MHz, 1 GB RAM,
AirPort) and I can't get it to connect to the net at ALL.

I've tried via ethernet straight into the cable modem, and still
nothing.

Whenever I bring up the redhat config for the network, it gives me the
following, lengthy error.

Exception Occurred

Component: redhat-config-network

Now, because of this error, I have no way (as far as I know) to get my
net connection running. There's probably some command line way to
configure it, but I have no idea what that would be, because I've never
encountered a problem like this. If any of you know of any way to fix
or get around this, please, let me know.

Also, not about YellowDog, but I figured I'd ask just in case any of
you knew.

I tried to install Mandrake 9.1 on the PowerBook, but I couldn't
install it. The text installer gives me errors during the keymap
selection, but won't let me get past that. The GUI installer isn't
viewable. The display is just completely screwed when I try the GUI
install.

So, if any of you have any ideas about that one, and you got a fix for
it, let me know.

thanks in advance

Jason Hardcastle
