RPM problem

Hi, I tried to install the package, gcc-3.2.2-2a.ppc.rpm.
but when I entered, rpm -U gcc-3.2.2-2a.ppc.rpm,
the output are

warning: gcc-3.2.2-2a.ppc.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID aeb6b9c4
error: Failed dependencies:
        binutils >= 2.12.90.0.7-1 is needed by gcc-3.2.2-2a
        glibc-devel >= 2.2.90-12 is needed by gcc-3.2.2-2a

Any idea how to fix this?
