Although not always announced, Mozilla/PPC builds have been available
quite regularly at:

http://www.thecodefactory.org/mozilla/

We're just volunteers providing these builds, so we're always looking
for help.  All of the contributors have had some difficulties trying to
coordinate with the Mozilla team, so exposure is admittedly a problem. 
If anyone is interested in volunteering/coordinating builds, or if you
know of a site where our efforts can be consolidated, please contact me.
