I fired up an old Mac with YDL 2=2E3 on it today, but I now have a differe=
nt
monitor than before=2E=20
It's an IBM G74=2E When x starts, I get the "black screen" "signal out of
range" deal=2E So I start up=20
in runlevel 3 to a command prompt=2E When I run XFree86 -configure (as roo=
t)
it fails, saying:=20
"can't find drivers, configure failed"=2E
=20
So, how do I configure XFree86 to work?
Do I need to install drivers, if so how?
=20
PS It worked fine with the old Mac monitor=2E
