Using Fedora RPMs

The yum headers should be provided with the files directly on the main
server and mirrors. If there is enough demand and if I have time to try it
out, I may set up a clean ppc Fedora Development yum and apt metadata
generation on ayo.freshrpms.net as I currently do for i386.
