More g5 booting

Still trying to get the pre-release of YDL for the G5 to boot...

I have to do install-safe, instead of graphical or plain text mode...this is
with the Radeon 9800 card and a 23" Cinema display.

My machine has a 250-GB ATA hard drive, the standard Apple BTO option...

In any case, everything seems fine until the kernel starts looking for
drives...the boot messages are below, and I'd love some help if anyone can
explain any of this to me...
