working PCI USB cards (and USB 2.0?)

I have a belkin USB 2.0 card, it worked with my CD-RW I am not sure if it
was using 1.1 or 2.0 protocol, I only used it once or twice before I removed
it from the machine( a B&W G3), in the machine it is in now I havnt had the
chance to test it (8500) but it is showing as a USB 2.0 IIRC...
