Sendmail Host name identification

I have set up sendmail to properly send and receive my
email on my server. But the problem is, all my
outgoing email say this instead of my domain. (posted
at the end of email). How do i modify the sendmail.mc
file to use my dns katsu.no-ip.info rather than
localhost. I know i can just modify the /etc/hosts
file but I have other services running and dont want
them disrupted. Plus the dns is one from a dynamic dns
hosting site so i dont know how that would play in
modifing the hosts file. Other than that, sendmail
works great. Its just that yahoo and probably other
services throw stuff from localhost.localdomain into
the bulk/junk mail folder.

Thanks a lot,
Katsu
