Hello,

Have you found a solution for this issue yet??  I have 3 that went to os X
for various testing purposes and now need to go back to 8.6.  I initalized
the drives doing a clean install after zeroing out the drive and I have the
same "no bootable HFS partition across the screen about four lines worth.
It always seems to install fine but after a reboot that is the error I get.
I have changed out all of the ribbons and even the hd.  Still nothing.
