This is the complete contents of the xinetd.conf file:

[root@db2 etc]# cat xinetd.conf
#
# Simple configuration file for xinetd
#
# Some defaults, and include /etc/xinetd.d/

defaults
{
         instances               =3D 60
         log_type                =3D SYSLOG authpriv
         log_on_success          =3D HOST PID
         log_on_failure          =3D HOST
         cps                     =3D 25 30
}

includedir /etc/xinetd.d

.....so I'm not sure what to do. Notice the includedir at the bottom?
