Yllow dog 3.0 and keyborad problem

no just a (*) is above the "3" i think is german (Swetzerland) because also have this (φόδ) but i try to install it with all german configurations it doesn't work i don't know what to do i have 2 more pc's with linux bu they working perfectly i don't know what is wrong with PPC
