Reading HTML files in KDE

Here is my litle problem.

In KDevelop 2, the Help menu gives access to a C/C++ language reference
manual, but this feature is absent from KDevelop 3.

However, the manual is still available as a tarball:
c_cpp_reference-2.0.2.tar.bz2.
This can be downloaded and installed, and the complete manual is found at
/usr/local/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kdevelop/reference.

/reference is itself a tree, the leaves of which are the various pages of
the manual, such as /reference/C/CONCEPT/pointers.html.

Each page can be read separately with Konqueror and khtml, or with Mozilla,
but I would be interested in browsing the tree from the root (as it is done
in KDevelop 2) without using those programs.

Can someone suggest a way to do this?
