Auto power on of a 7600

I've been running a 7600 with YDL for almost 6 months now with no
problems. However last night we had our first big thunderstorm of the year
and the we took a power hit. Everything recovered execpt the 7600 which
was quietly waiting there for someone to hit the power switch. I would
like this to automatically power on when the power is restored as the
machine is in the lights out basement. (guess I could buy a UPS for this)
Does anyone know if this is even possible?
