Lost YDL

I installed a couple of new PCI cards in my Mac, and now YDL will not load.
I put in a new graphics card, and a USB card and now I can't even re-install
YDL. It starts up at the very beginning, but before it even dos all it
system integrity checks I get nothing but a black screen. When I attempted
to re-install, it won't even access the YDL CD.
I have an old world Mac (PowerComputing PowerCenter150 w/G3 upgrade. 196MB
RAM, XClaim3D 8MB video card, and a brand new Via USB PCI card.

Any ideas?
