Upgrading Old World YDL 3 to 4

I ran into the same problem with YDL 3.0. I ran yum from a repository
on the local network and that worked. Since I got YDL 4.0 to work, yum
works just as advertised with 'file' on my /tmp etc directory. Maybe
the problem was solved with the YDL 4.0's yum.
