Upgrade YDL 3.0 to 4.0 on Oldworld Powerbook 3400

Yes, I use the graphical login screen. The problem happens
intermittently. But whatever I have done (nothing??), I seem to be
able to use kernel 2.6.8.1ydl without problems now. It might have been
that BootX was confused by my multiple kernels--I did remove some of
them!
